What you'll do:
The Creative Flame is a phone-free, analog weekend immersion - two Saturday and Sunday mornings in Chippendale, Sydney - designed to help you reconnect with what truly moves you, and what is just noise.
This is not an experience about finding purpose.
It is a practical, embodied exploration of the energy that drives us.
Through cacao, breathwork, guided meditation, self-inquiry, and art therapy collage, we create a safe container to look honestly at the patterns we use to avoid ourselves -and begin the process of reclaiming personal power.
What to expect:
Saturday morning: cacao ceremony, guided breathwork, a self-hypnosis meditation, and journaling.
The Gap: Saturday afternoon and evening to rest, reflect, and let the unconscious work.
Sunday morning: sharing, symbol work, body activation, and the creation of your art piece.
