The Journey to Art2Heal

I'm a Brazilian collage artist, creative director and art practitioner based in Chippendale, Sydney.

I've spent most of my life between two worlds.

For more than 20 years, I worked in creative direction and brand building - with companies including Redbull, Google, MTV, Discovery Networks and Aperol Spritz. I was good at it. But I was also spending a lot of energy managing myself, the same way most people do.

About seven years ago, I started turning the same curiosity I had always brought to creative work inward. I began exploring breathwork, guided meditation, self-hypnosis and contemplative art - and what happens when you use creativity not to produce something for others, but to understand something about yourself.

I wrote a book about the process. I started running workshops and one-on-one sessions from my studio in Chippendale. And I kept doing creative direction - because the two things were never really separate. The same honest investigation that goes into a piece of art goes into building a brand.

I'm not a therapist. I don't have a 12-step system.
What I have is a practice I've tested on myself first.
