A phone-free, analog weekend immersion to rediscover what truly moves you and what is just noise.
THE EXPERIENCE
“We have confused boredom with a lack of desire, and escapism with pleasure."
This is not a workshop about finding purpose.
It is a practical, embodied exploration of the energy that moves us. We create a safe, analog container to confront the void, tend to our wounds, and begin the process of reclaiming personal power.
No phones. No performance. No pretending. Just you, your body, a room full of honest people, and two mornings to look at what's really going on inside.
The Creative Flame is part of the Art2Heal methodology - a practice that uses contemplative art, breathwork, and mindfulness as tools for genuine self-discovery.
THE JOURNEY
Two Mornings. One Journey.
Saturday plants the seed.
The rest of the weekend lets it ferment.
You return on Sunday already changed - without fully knowing how or why.
That is the design.
-
Theme: The Descent
Question:“What are you running from?"
Energy:
Inward, honest, raw. We move from the external world to the internal landscape, acknowledging the noise, the masks, and the escapes. -
Theme: Contemplation
Question: "What comes up when you sit with it?"Energy:
Free, personal, unstructured. You carry a single question into your weekend. Life answers it for you. -
Theme: The Ignition
Question:"What truly moves you?"Energy:
Embodied, courageous, open. We work with the energy and awareness uncovered on Saturday - transforming insight into lived experience.
