manifesto
I believe art heals.
Presence transforms.
And curiosity is the first step to freedom.
For years, I held onto patterns that once made me feel safe.
They weren’t the best choices, but they got me through.
Until I realised—they were holding me back.
Life – wise as it is – pushed me forward.
A "no" that hurt.
A silence that made me listen.
A journey that started before I even knew I was on it.
I questioned. I explored. I unlearned.
Through therapy, hypnosis, and deep spiritual work,
I started rewriting the story I had been living on repeat.
Healing wasn’t a single moment.
It’s still happening, every day.
Collage became my medicine.
Each piece, a part of my story.
Each creation, a way to be present.
Now, I share my journey so others can explore their own.
Through immersive experiences, workshops, and retreats,
I create spaces where art, body, and spirit come together.
Because healing isn’t a destination.
It’s a practice.
A process.
A creation.
And you? How are you creating your own healing?
xx
