  • No, we only accept returns for defective products. However, we offer exchange vouchers that can be used for workshops, sessions, or future purchases.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any defects or damage.

  • We offer vouchers for the value of your defective product return, which can be used toward any of our offerings including workshops, sessions, or other products.

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.

  • Digital downloads are non-returnable, but we provide technical support if you experience access issues.

  • Yes, vouchers are transferable and make wonderful gifts for friends and family interested in contemplative art practices.

  • Australia Shipping

    FREE SHIPPING for all poster orders within Australia:

    • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
    • Express delivery: 2-3 business days (available for additional fee)
    • Tracking information provided for all orders
    • Signature required for orders over $200 AUD

    International Shipping

    We ship worldwide with the following conditions:

    • Shipping costs calculated after order confirmation
    • Customer provides complete delivery address
    • Shipping quote sent within 24 hours of order
    • Customer approval required before processing
    • Delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on destination
    • International customers responsible for customs duties and taxes
    • Tracking information provided for all international orders

    Shipping Damage

    If your order arrives damaged:

    • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
    • Keep all original packaging materials
    • We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
    • Return shipping covered by Art2Heal

  • Defective Products Only

    We accept returns exclusively for defective products. A product is considered defective if it:

    • Arrives damaged during shipping
    • Has manufacturing defects that affect its intended use
    • Is significantly different from what was described on our website
    • Contains missing components or materials

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are NOT eligible for return:

    • Products in perfect condition that you simply changed your mind about
    • Digital downloads (meditation recordings, practice guides, etc.)

    • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

    Step 3: Return Authorization

    Once we review your request, we will:

    • Provide a Return Authorisation Number if approved
    • Send detailed return instructions
    • Arrange return shipping (at our expense for defective items)

    Step 4: Ship the Item

    • Package the item securely in its original packaging
    • Include the Return Authorisation Number
    • Use the prepaid return label we provide
    • Keep your tracking number for reference

  • Workshop and Class Vouchers

    Instead of monetary refunds, we offer exchange vouchers that can be used for:
    • Mindful Art Workshops ($129 value)
    • 1:1 Presence Sessions (various values)
    • Conscious Gatherings (when applicable)
    • Future art purchases
    • Art2Heal book and methodology materials

    Voucher Terms

    • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date
    • Vouchers can be combined with other offers
    • Vouchers are transferable to family and friends
    •Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
    •Unused voucher balances remain as credit for future use

    Exchange Process

    1.Contact us with your return request
    2.Receive approval and return authorisation
    3.Return the defective item
    4.Receive voucher code via email within 5 business days
    5.Use voucher code at checkout for workshops or future purchases

  • Monetary Refunds

    Monetary refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:

    • Defective products where exchange is not possible
    • Cancelled workshops due to unforeseen circumstances
    • Duplicate charges or billing errors
    • Products that cannot be replaced due to discontinuation

    Refund Processing

    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
    • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

    Refund Amounts

    • Full purchase price for defective products
    • Original shipping costs (if applicable) for defective items
    • Return shipping costs are covered by Art2Heal for defective products

  • Download Policy

    Digital products (meditation recordings, practice guides, printable cut-outs etc.) are non-returnable due to their nature. However, if you experience technical difficulties:

    • Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
    • We will provide technical assistance to resolve download issues
    • Alternative download methods may be provided if needed

    Access Issues

    If you cannot access your digital purchase:

    • Check your email (including spam folder) for download links
    • Ensure your device meets minimum technical requirements

  • Customer Cancellations

    Workshops:

    • Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before workshop
    • 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before workshop
    • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before workshop
    • Voucher option available for any cancellation

    1:1 Sessions:

    • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before session
    • 50% refund if cancelled 12-24 hours before session
    • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before session
    • Rescheduling available up to 2 hours before session

    Art2Heal Cancellations

    If we need to cancel a workshop or session:

    • Full refund or voucher for future session
    • 48+ hours notice whenever possible
    • Priority booking for next available session
    • Additional compensation for any inconvenience caused
