New art

Each piece begins with a question. I don't sketch the composition first. I let the unconscious lead and the hands follow.

There is a difference between loneliness and solitude.

Loneliness is populated. It arrives with distractions, with noise, with the versions of ourselves we built to avoid the quiet. It is not empty - it is full of everything we have not yet faced. Alone does not depict absence. It depicts the interior - the crowded, tender, unresolved place we return to when the world stops demanding our attention.

The distractions are still here. They are honoured.
They were never the enemy. They were the way the body learned to survive before it learned to stay.

This is the moment after. The moment of holding.

This collage explores the relationship between spirituality, sensuality, and balance. Inspired by Indian Kama Sutra illustrations and symbolic imagery such as the pyramid and the all-seeing eye, it combines multiple visual traditions into a single symbolic landscape.

By replacing human heads with those of animals, the work suggests that sexuality is a natural and sacred aspect of existence rather than something to be feared or suppressed. The central eye represents awareness and enlightenment, while the composition invites reflection on the possibility of harmony between instinct, desire, and spiritual consciousness.

Floating gently between land and sea, this figure embodies balance, beauty, and the mystery of duality. With a glowing seahorse by his side and bubbles dancing around him, he moves with grace through two realms — blending masculine and feminine, strength and tenderness, action and reflection.

Inspired by Logun Edé, a powerful symbol of harmony and transformation, this artwork invites us to embrace all sides of ourselves. A small cross tattoo marked “Hodie” (Latin for today) reminds us to live fully in the present — a subtle nod to the fusion of African and Catholic traditions and the timeless wisdom they carry.

This piece is for those navigating change, seeking integration, or simply drawn to the poetry of opposites coming together in peace.

This artwork celebrates the energy of transformation, flow, and renewal.

A divine figure emerges, blending human and serpent, masculine and feminine, light and shadow. Inspired by the rainbow serpent archetype, this piece speaks to the beauty of cycles — creation, change, and rebirth.

Vibrant colors swirl like living energy, inviting the viewer to trust in movement, to embrace shifts, and to surrender to the dance of life. Subtle influences from Eastern iconography mirror the idea that all cultures carry stories of transformation within them.

A visual blessing for those walking through change, seeking clarity, or simply honoring the power of becoming.

The brands

I've spent 20+ years helping brands find their voice - from big brands to independent labels and emerging businesses. The process is the same as the art: start with honest investigation, let the real story surface, then build everything around that.

A practice space in Chippendale, Sydney. Workshops, one-on-one sessions and immersions using breathwork, contemplative collage and guided meditation. For people who want to slow down and understand what's happening inside.

About me

I'm a collage artist, creative director and art practitioner.

I use art and contemplation to help brands tell real stories - and people to understand what's going on inside them.

I've exhibited in Sydney, New York, London, Barcelona and São Paulo.

And I run a small practice space in Chippendale where I work with people one-on-one and in small groups.

What people say

We had such a wonderful experience at the Mindfulness Collage Workshop. All of our expectations were met, and even exceeded. The teacher created such a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere, and the space itself was calm, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing and creating. The guided meditation at the beginning was a real highlight. It helped us slow down, clear our minds, and unlock our creativity before we started our collages. It made the whole experience feel so much more meaningful and enjoyable. We left feeling inspired, refreshed, and proud of what we had created. We would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a creative and mindful experience.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Art 2Heal at the Creative Flame. Fabio and everyone there made it such a special time. The cacao ritual was so delicious, and the whole group energy was just amazing. I loved being part of it.The collage activity was especially powerful it started as just an idea but evolved into something much deeper. It brought together different topics and perspectives, and after I created it, it really guided me to explore my subconscious in a way I hadn’t before. I truly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to dive deep and heal through creativity.

Thank you for such a generous and meaningful workshop, Fabio! I appreciate you sharing your time, stories, skills and spirituality to guide others. It was amazing to access a theme I didn’t realise was impacting me and work through this using creativity and collage. It was also great to connect with likeminded people in a non-judgmental, welcoming space. Obrigada!

The experience was amazing and more deep that I expected. Fabio opened his space and gave guidance for us to dig in what has been holding us back. We all felt a sense of connection and safe to share, supporting each other which was amazing to see.On the second day, we came back for a much needed session to express ourselves through collage, which was an incredible way to make healing something everyone walked away with.
