Beginner-friendly event, no artistic experience required.

Here is a simple invitation:

Three days to rest, breathe,
and reconnect with yourself through art. In nature.
No rush. No pressure.

A Straight Talk Welcome

It’s for people who just know they need some time out - to slow down, to reset, and to remember what it feels like to actually be present.

We’ll spend three days exploring three simple but powerful pillars:

  • A young man and an older woman sit outdoors, holding hands, with mountains in the background during daytime.

    PRESENCE

Learning how to actually be here, with your body and mind in the same place.

  • A man with a buzz cut and beard, wearing a blue fleece jacket, is kneeling and looking down at a person lying on the floor. The setting appears to be a yoga or meditation class in a bright, wooden-walled room with large windows showing greenery outside.

    CONTEMPLATION

Slowing down, reflecting, and finding clarity.

  • Person creating collage art on a table with various magazine cutouts, scissors, paintbrush, and drinks in glasses.

    ART

Using creativity as a way to heal and reconnect, guided by exercises from the Art to Heal book and methodology.

Nothing complicated.
Just honest practices you can bring back into your everyday life.

What the Three Days Look Like

The agenda was crafted to give yourself mental space. Over three days, you’ll experience:

  • Mindful walks around the property

  • Conscious eating and exploring food as presence

  • Gentle bodywork, cacao ceremony and breathwork

  • Creative sessions to reconnect with your ego, inner child, purpose, and vision

  • Space for both group sharing and personal time

The goal is simple: You’ll go home lighter, more rested, and with new creative tools to handle life with more ease.

Who’s Holding the Space

Louise has a passion for nature conservation and well-being backed by her Doctorate in wildlife conservation.
