This isn't a blank room. It's a living studio - filled with original art, books, plants, and the kind of atmosphere that makes people feel something the moment they walk in.

WHAT THE SPACE OFFERS

The Studio

A 70m² open-plan creative space with a large workshop table seating up to 8–10 people (one extra office table available), a comfortable lounge area with sofa and armchairs, and a full gourmet kitchen bench for food preparation. The space is surrounded by original artwork, curated objects and abundant natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

Projection & Sound

A projector is available for use directly on the wall - ideal for presentations, guided meditations, film screenings or creative workshops. Music and amplified sound are welcome until 10pm. DJs and live music are permitted.

Kitchen

A full-size gourmet kitchen bench and island are available for food preparation. The space includes a microwave and dishwasher. No cooktop on-site. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Guests may bring their own alcohol.

Atmosphere

The studio is a working showroom and living space - which means it comes with personality. Expect original collage art, art books, crystals, plants and a resident cat named Goghie who is friendly and loves a good workshop.

  • The studio is designed for creative, educational and contemplative activities — workshops, classes, breathwork sessions, photoshoots, sound healing, yoga, meditation, book clubs, small team gatherings and similar practices. It is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette events or children's parties.

  • The space comfortably seats 8-10 people at the main workshop table, with additional seating in the lounge area and the office table.

  • The minimum booking period is 3 hours. All bookings must include setup and pack-down time.

  • Street parking is available nearby. Parking is free on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. During business hours, there is a 1-hour tolerance on surrounding streets.

  • The main open-plan studio area (approx. 70m²) is available, including the workshop table, lounge area and kitchen bench. The private bedroom area is not included in the rental.

  • Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. The kitchen bench is available for food preparation (no cooktop on-site). Guests may bring their own alcohol with prior approval.

  • Yes. A projector is available and projects directly onto the wall — ideal for presentations, guided sessions, film screenings or visual workshops.

  • Yes. You may connect a personal device to the in-house speakers. DJs and live music are welcome. All amplified music must end by 10pm.

    • All bookings must include setup and pack-down time. Overtime will be charged accordingly.

    • Please respect the agreed guest capacity. Overcrowding is not permitted.

    • The space must be returned in the condition it was found. All rubbish must be disposed of in the provided bins.

    • No nails, screws or adhesives on walls or surfaces. Temporary decorations must be removed after use.

    • This is a strictly non-smoking venue. No illegal substances are permitted.

    • Any damage to the venue or furnishings will be charged to the booking party. A refundable bond is required prior to the booking.

    • Please ensure guests leave quietly and respectfully, especially during evening sessions.
